book your
flight so that you will arrive at the Toronto
(Pierson) Airport between 1:00 p.m.
and 4:00 p.m. on April 1, Saturday.
If you
arrive during this period, you will be welcomed by our staff and driven
to York University.This is very
important, since
you are invited to a dinner reception between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
that
evening. If your flight arrives before or after due to limited flight selection,
please take a cab to York
University
(Vari Hall), our staff will meet you and
direct you
to the residence. Please submit the receipt for refund (a cheque
will be mailed to you later).
- In the Other

on the Booking Request Form, please indicate that you are a participant
of the
17th National Japanese Speech Contest.
- Please
arrange your flight as
soon as possible in order to reduce the airfare.
- After your
