Please fill in the Booking Request Form and send it to lewis@clarkewaytravel.com as an attachment as soon as possible.

Please try to book your flight so that you will arrive at the Toronto (Pierson) Airport between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on March 27, Saturday.
If you arrive during this period, you will be welcomed by our staff and driven to York University.

This is very important, since you are invited to the welcome dinner reception between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. that evening.
If your flight arrives before or after, please take a cab to York University (Vari Hall), our staff will meet you and direct you to the residence.
Please submit the receipt for refund (a cheque will be mailed to you later).

Please arrange your flight as soon as possible in order to reduce the airfare.

After your flight is confirmed, please email the flight information to Norio Ota.
