Distance Education
The Japanese Section at York University has been
developing distance education courses for the Japanese language
via video-conferencing for students who do not have physical
access to the university. Currently AP/JP2000 6.0 Advanced
Modern Standard Japanese is being offered for both studetns at
York University and students at Mt. Allison University,
Sackville, NB, in a virtual classroom environment. AP/JP3000 6.0
are video-streamed and recorded for on-line participation and
review. AP/JP1000 6.0 lectures are also video-streamed and
