                   On-line (digitally secured)
                                Please be advised that we no longer accept mail-in application.
                                No photos are required for application, but you must bring at least one official
                            photo ID (passport or driver's licence) on the test day. If you do not bring one,
                                you will be disqualified.

APLICATION PERIOD: 9:00, September 1 – 17:00, October 2, 2009
(absolutely no late submission accepted)

FEE: $60.00 (for all the levels) [non-refundable]

ELIGIBILITY: Open to learners of Japanese as a foreign language
(This test is not designed for native speakers of Japanese.)
